  • Salary

    We pay fair and market-based wages as well as a 13th month's salary. In addition to the basic wage, the gross monthly salary also includes bonuses for shift and weekend work.

  • working hours

    We work in normal, 2-shift and 3-shift operations. Depending on the area of ​​operation, we offer flexible working hours and the option of remote working. In this way, we promote a better balance between work and family life with innovative working time models.

  • Holidays & Public Holidays

    25 days (or 22 days + holiday pay for employees working in shifts) and 10 paid holidays per calendar year (9 holidays are required by law). Would you like more holidays for a special holiday? We will find a solution together.

  • Occupational pension provision

    You benefit from an attractive company pension plan. The savings contributions are 1% higher than the legal requirement, the independent death benefit is three times the annual salary and the disability pension is 60% of the insured risk salary. In addition, the coordination deduction is adjusted to the level of employment, which benefits part-time employees.

  • Accident & Illness

    Our employees are well insured. In the event of an accident, we guarantee 100% continued payment of wages and we cover 100% of the uncovered waiting period of 2 calendar days.
    In the event of illness, the employee receives 100% of the insured salary from the first day to the 90th day. From the 91st day, the employee receives 90% of the insured salary for a maximum of 730 days within 900 days.

  • Work clothes / safety shoes

    We provide work clothes and safety shoes free of charge to our employees in production and logistics.

    You can also benefit from our internal laundry service for work clothes, of which we pay 50%.

  • Vocational training

    During the apprenticeship, we offer comprehensive and practical training. At the Würenlingen location, we train apprentices in four different apprenticeships: Business administrator EFZ and profiles E or M, logistics specialist EFZ and EBA, plastics technologist EFZ and EBA and polymechanic EFZ.
