3.3 Contact Forms

When contacting us via form or email, we collect and store your data (email, name, address, phone, etc.) to respond to your request. Replies are sent via unencrypted email.

Data is deleted 6 months after the last contact unless longer retention is required. Legal obligations lead to data being restricted, not deleted.

Processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

3.4.1 Newsletter

Rotho runs campaigns such as “Black Week” or “Summer Sale”.

3.5 Webshop Use and Customer Accounts

Our shop is operated by Shopify International Ltd., Ireland.
We also use Plentymarkets from plentysystems AG.
Customer data is processed for order fulfillment: name, address, email, phone, payment data, etc.

Mandatory fields are marked; others are voluntary.

Data is stored up to 10 years due to legal requirements. After warranty expiration, data use is restricted to legal compliance.
