Right of Return and Return Instructions

If you are a consumer, meaning a natural person who completes the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, you have the right of return described below. This does not apply to goods made specifically for you according to individual customer specifications.

Return Instructions

You can return the received goods within 14 days without stating reasons by sending back the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g., by letter, fax, email), but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the first partial delivery is received) and not before fulfilling our legal information and other obligations. For goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.g., bulky goods), you can declare the return by requesting it in text form. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk. The return request should be sent to:

Return Consequences

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties are to be returned, and any benefits derived (e.g., use benefits) are to be surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods and for uses (e.g., benefits of use) that cannot be returned or can only be returned in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for drawn uses if the use or deterioration is due to handling the goods that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality. "Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail store. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within thirty days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.
